  • Municipal Obligations means "Municipal Obligations" as defined in the Fund's registration statement on Form N-2 on file with the Securities and Exchange Commission, as such registration statement may be amended from time to time (the "Registration Statement").

  • Municipal Obligation means municipal securities as described in the prospectus or other offering document for a Series.

  • Original Obligations means the “Obligations” as defined in the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Secured Notes Documents means the Senior Secured Notes Indenture, the Senior Secured Notes Guarantees, the Senior Secured Notes, the Intercreditor Arrangements, any supplemental indenture, any security document relating to the Senior Secured Notes and/or the Senior Secured Notes Indenture and any other document that may be entered into pursuant to any of the foregoing.

  • Undefeased Note shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4.1(a)(v) hereof.

  • Refunded Notes means that portion of the Series 298 Notes and Series 300 Notes paid from the proceeds of the Bonds and other available funds of the Issuer.
