Defeasance Obligations definition

Defeasance Obligations means any of the following obligations:

Defeasance Obligations means (a) cash, or (b) non-callable Government Securities.

Defeasance Obligations means noncallable (i) Agency Obligations, (ii) Government Obligations, (iii) Government Certificates, (iv) Defeased Municipal Obligations, and (v) Defeased Municipal Obligation Certificates.

• All money and Defeasance Obligations deposited with the Paying Agent or such bank or trust company shall be deemed to be deposited in accordance with and subject to all of the provisions of this Note Resolution.

• Upon such payment or deposit in the amount and manner provided in this resolution, the Bonds shall no longer be deemed to be outstanding for the purposes of this Resolution and all liability of the City with respect to the Bonds shall cease and be completely discharged and extinguished, and the holders thereof shall be entitled for payment solely out of the moneys or Defeasance Obligations so deposited.

Defeasance Obligations means any of the following obligations, if and to the extent the same are at the time legal for investment of the City’s funds:
