Examples of Defaulting Owner in a sentence

  • The notice shall specify the default and the curative action to be taken by the Defaulting Owner.

  • The Defaulting Owner shall pay the reasonable costs of the cure within 10 days after demand by the Enforcing Party.

  • If the Defaulting Owner does not cure the default within 15 days after the giving of the notice, the Enforcing Party shall have the right to enter the Lot of the Defaulting Owner and cure the default, at the sole expense of the Defaulting Owner.

  • If any Owner (the Defaulting Owner) fails to comply with any of the Defaulting Owner's obligations under this Declaration, the Enforcing Party shall have the right to give the Defaulting Owner notice of default.
