Defaulted Mortgage Loan definition

Defaulted Mortgage Loan means the Mortgage Loan in the event that the Mortgage Loan is delinquent at least 60 days in respect of its Monthly Payments or more than 60 days in respect of its balloon payment, in either case to be determined without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the Mortgage Loan Documents and without regard to any acceleration of payments under the Mortgage Loan Documents.
Defaulted Mortgage Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement.
Defaulted Mortgage Loan. A Mortgage Loan that is a Defaulted Loan.

More Definitions of Defaulted Mortgage Loan

Defaulted Mortgage Loan means “defaulted mortgage loan,” “defaulted loan” or other analogous term under the Lead Servicing Agreement.
Defaulted Mortgage Loan. A Serviced Mortgage Loan that is both (A) a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan and (B) either (i) delinquent 120 days or more with respect to any Balloon Payment or sixty (60) days or more with respect to any other Monthly Payment, with such delinquency to be determined without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the related Mortgage or Mortgage Note and without regard to any acceleration of payments under the related Mortgage and Mortgage Note, or (ii) a Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the amounts due thereunder have been accelerated following any other material default.
Defaulted Mortgage Loan means any Mortgage Loan as to which the Mortgagor has failed to make unexcused three or more consecutive scheduled Monthly Payments.
Defaulted Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Mortgage Loan that is in default under the terms of the applicable Mortgage Loan documentation and for which any applicable grace period has expired.

Defaulted Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan (other than any Non-Serviced Mortgage Loan) (i) that is delinquent at least thirty (30) days in respect of its Scheduled Payments or delinquent in respect of its Balloon Payment, if any, in either case such delinquency to be determined without giving effect to any grace period permitted by the related Mortgage Loan documents and without regard to any acceleration of payments under the related Mortgage Loan documents or (ii) as to which the Master Servicer or Special Servicer has, by written notice to the related Mortgagor, accelerated the maturity of the indebtedness evidenced by the related Mortgage Note.
Defaulted Mortgage Loan. With respect to any Determination Date, a Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgagor has failed to make unexcused payment in full of a total of three or more consecutive installments of principal and interest, and as to which such delinquent installments have not been paid, as of the close of business on the last Business Day of the month next preceding the month of such Determination Date.
