Default Repayment Date definition

Default Repayment Date means the settlement date set out by the Bond Trustee in a Default Notice requesting early redemption of the Bonds.

  • Repayment Date: Means the Default Repayment Date, the Put Option Repayment Date, the Tax Event Repayment Date or the Maturity Date.

Related to Default Repayment Date

  • First Repayment Date means, in relation to each Tranche (and subject to clause 6.3), the date falling three (3) months after the earlier of (a) the Drawdown Date of the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche and (b) the last day of the Drawdown Period for the Delivery Advance relevant to such Tranche;

  • Extended Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

  • Tax Event Repayment Date means the date set out in a notice from the Issuer to the Bondholders pursuant to Clause 10.4 (Early redemption option due to a tax event).
