Default Notice definition

Default Notice means the written notice of Default of the Agreement issued by one Party to the other.
Default Notice means a written notice to the Issuer as described in Clause 14.2 (Acceleration of the Bonds).
Default Notice as defined in Subsection 9.1(e).

Examples of Default Notice in a sentence

  • The defaulting Party or a Party acting on its behalf shall have 30 days from receipt of the Default Notice (the “Cure Period”), to cure any monetary Default and a 90-day Cure Period to cure any non-monetary default.

  • The Default Notice shall set forth with particularity the basis of the Default.

  • If MJMEUC fails to meet either of these two requirements by the payment due date under Section 8.3, then Ameren Missouri may provide a Payment Default Notice to MJMEUC pursuant to Section 12.1. Within thirty (30) days after the resolution of the dispute, MJMEUC shall pay, or Ameren Missouri shall refund, as applicable, the amount due with Interest.
