Default Management Charge definition

Default Management Charge has the meaning given to it in paragraph 6.2 of Framework Schedule 9 (Management Information);

Examples of Default Management Charge in a sentence

  • Any Default Management Charge shall not be taken into consideration when calculating the Supplier’s liability under Clause 29.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties acknowledge and agree that this Clause 29 shall not limit the Supplier’s liability to a Contracting Body under any Call Off Agreement and the Supplier’s liability under a Call Off Agreement shall be as provided for in that Call Off Agreement only.
