Deer fence definition

Deer fence means fencing used specifically to prevent the passage of deer.
Deer fence means a fence intended to prevent deer from entering an area that is constructed of dark, heavy-weight open mesh plastic material ranging from 1.5 inches x 1.5 inches and 2 inches x 2.5 inches that allows a clear view through the fence.
