Not less than three Business Days nor more than ten Business Days prior to each Distribution Date, the Plan Administrator shall calculate the Deemed Value of each Debtor Group Reserve.

If, on any Distribution Date, the amount of Cash or the Deemed Value of TWC Class A Common Stock that otherwise would have been distributed to a holder of an Allowed Claim is less than the Threshold Amount, the Distribution Company shall reserve such amount of Cash or the number of shares of TWC Class A Common Stock representing such Deemed Value until the first Distribution Date on which the amount to be distributed to such holder is equal to or greater than the Threshold Amount.
