Deemed Possession definition

Deemed Possession. The Buyer shall, unless the Buyer takes possession earlier, be deemed to have taken possession of the Flat and Appurtenances on the Date of Possession, irrespective of when the Buyer takes actual physical possession. Date of Possession shall thus mean the date on which the Buyer takes physical possession of the Flat And Appurtenances or the 15th day of the date of the Notice, which ever is earlier.

Examples of Deemed Possession in a sentence

  • In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 in the Possession Notice such Allottee shall be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2 from such date as notified in the Possession Notice (Deemed Possession).

  • In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2 and/or even after the expiry of the Possession Date, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2 and the same shall be treated as Deemed Possession.

  • In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in para 7.2, and/or even after the expiry of the Possession Date, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in para 7.2 and the same shall be treated as Deemed Possession.

  • Unless otherwise agreed with you, statements will be posted to you at your Address.

  • In case the Allottee fails to take possession within the time provided in Clause 7.2, such Allottee shall continue to be liable to pay maintenance charges as specified in Clause 7.2 and all other outgoings as mentioned in this Agreement from such date as mentioned in the Possession Notice (Deemed Possession).

  • No right, title and/or interest shall be deemed to have accrued to the Purchaser during Deemed Possession.

Related to Deemed Possession

  • Date of Possession means the date on which the Allottee is handed over possession of the said Apartment;

  • EARLY POSSESSION N/A ("Early Possession Date"). (Also see Paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3.)

  • Commenced Construction means (a) all of the following site preparation work is completed: ingress and egress routes exist; the site on which the Project will be located is cleared and graded; there is power service to the site; footings are prepared; and foundations have been poured consistent with purchased equipment specifications and project design; or (b) the following financial commitments have been made: (i) (A) an engineering, procurement, and construction contract (“EPC”) has been executed by all parties and is effective; or (B) contracts (collectively, “EPC Equivalents”) for all of the following have been executed by all parties and is effective: (1) project engineering, (2) procurement of all major equipment, and (3) construction of the Project, and (ii) the cumulative payments made by the Developer under the EPC or EPC Equivalents to the counterparties to those respective agreements is equal to at least thirty (30) percent of the total costs of the EPC or EPC Equivalents.

  • Possession limit as used in s. NR 19.275, means the maximum number of a turtle species or group of turtle species which may be possessed by a person at any time.

  • Ready for Occupancy means the date upon which (i) the Leased Premises are available for Tenant's occupancy in a broom clean condition and (ii) the improvements, if any, to be made to the Leased Premises by Landlord as a condition to Tenant's obligation to accept possession of the Leased Premises have been substantially completed and the appropriate governmental building department (i.e., the City building department, if the Property is located within a City, or otherwise the County building department) shall have approved the construction of such improvements as substantially complete or is willing to so approve the construction of the improvements as substantially complete subject only to compliance with specified conditions which are the responsibility of Tenant to satisfy or is willing to allow Tenant to occupy subject to its receiving assurances that specified work will be completed.

  • Commence Construction means that an owner or operator has either undertaken a continuous program of construction or has entered into a contractual obligation to undertake and complete, within a reasonable time, a continuous program of construction.

  • Assigned Property means real and related personal property which, in the discretion of the Administrator or his designee, has been made available to the Department for transfer for public health purposes.

  • Released Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.9 hereof.

  • Specified Property means property for which an election has been made for a special elective benefit.

  • eligible premises means premises located entirely within an industrial business zone. For any eligible business, an industrial business zone credit will not be granted with respect to more than one eligible premises.

  • Residential construction means construction on single-family or two-family dwellings occupied or used, or intended to be occupied or used, primarily for residential purposes, and includes real property pursuant to chapter 499B.

  • Security Property means all right, title and interest in, to and under any Security Document, including:

  • Substantial Completion Date means the date on which Substantial Completion occurs.

  • Commencement of Construction means the commencement of construction of foundation components or elements (such as footings, rafts or piles) for the home.

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit K with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by the Collateral Agent.

  • Assessed Property means any Parcel within the District against which an Assessment is levied.

  • Personal Property shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Lease Event of Default shall have the meaning specified in Section 17.1 of the Lease.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF SERVICE means the actual date of placement of the first Vehicle(s) under this Agreement.

  • Deemed Contract means a contract which is deemed to have automatically been formed when we supply gas or electricity to your property where you have not actively agreed to a new supply of gas and/or electricity from us;
