Deed of Confirmation definition

Deed of Confirmation means that certain Deed of Confirmation, dated as of the Closing Date, by and among APH, AHBV and the Administrative Agent given in respect of certain Securities Pledge Agreements governed by Irish Law.
Deed of Confirmation means any agreement, deed or letter of consent and postponement given in connection with a Mortgage whereby any mortgagee of the property who is not a party to the relevant Mortgage, has agreed to postpone his interest (if any) in the relevant Property so that it ranks after that of the Counterparty;
