Deed Material definition

Deed Material means all Material:
Deed Material means any Material brought into existence as a part of, or for the purpose of producing the Reports, and includes but is not limited to documents, equipment, information or data stored by any means.
Deed Material means any Material created by the Individual on or following the Commencement Date, for the purposes of or as a result of performing its obligations under this Deed. Deed Period means the Initial Term, plus any extension agreed in accordance with clause 3. Deliverable means any item or element of a Services to be provided by the Individual under a Contract.

Examples of Deed Material in a sentence

  • If the Department, in the Records Management Instructions, specifies that Intellectual Property Rights in some Deed Material vests in the Provider, the Provider grants the Department a permanent, irrevocable, free, world-wide, non-exclusive licence (including a right of sublicense) to use, reproduce, communicate, adapt and exploit the Intellectual Property Rights in Deed Material for any purpose as required by the Department.

  • The Provider will grant (or will procure for) the Department a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive licence (including a right of sub-licence) to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, perform, distribute, communicate and exploit the Deed Material for any Commonwealth purpose.

  • If requested by the Department, the Provider must provide to the Department a copy of the Deed Material in the form requested by the Department.

  • The Provider warrants that it is entitled, or will be entitled at the relevant time, to deal with the Intellectual Property in the Deed Material in the manner provided for in this clause 48.

  • The Provider agrees that the licences granted in clauses 48.3 and 48.4 includes a right for the Department to licence the Deed Material and Existing Material to the public under a CCBY Licence [see http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/au/deed.en].

  • The CTA Provider will grant (or will procure for) the Department a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free, world-wide, non-exclusive licence (including a right of sub- licence) to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, perform, distribute, communicate and exploit the Deed Material for any Commonwealth purpose.

  • If requested by the Department, the CTA Provider must provide to the Department a copy of the Deed Material in the form requested by the Department.

  • The Contractor’s Quality Control Plan (QCP), along with Government Monitoring Functions, should provide the highest level of service and performance which are critical to mission success.

  • Subject to clause 48.4, and without affecting the position between the Provider and a third party, the ownership of Intellectual Property Rights in the Deed Material vest in the Provider.

  • The CTA Provider warrants that it is entitled, or will be entitled at the relevant time, to deal with the Intellectual Property in the Deed Material in the manner provided for in this clause 31.

Related to Deed Material

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Licensed Material means the artistic or literary work, database, or other material to which the Licensor applied this Public License.

  • Contract Material means all material created or required to be developed or created as part of, or for the purpose of performing, the Services, including documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means.

  • Waste Material means (1) any “hazardous substance” under Section 101(14) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(14); (2) any pollutant or contaminant under Section 101(33) of CERCLA, 42 U.S.C. § 9601(33); (3) any “solid waste” under Section 1004(27) of RCRA, 42 U.S.C. § 6903(27); and (4) any “hazardous substance” under Wis. Stat. § 292.01.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the Court Materials or Confidential Information.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.

  • Input Material means all documents, information, representations, statements and materials provided by Customer or a third party on behalf of Customer, relating to the Services, including computer programs, data, logos, reports and specifications and inventories.

  • GOODS / MATERIALS means any of the articles, materials, machinery, equipments, supplies, drawing, data and other property and all services including but not limited to design, delivery, installation, inspection, testing and commissioning specified or required to complete the order.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Standard Materials means all Materials not specified as Custom Materials.

  • Dredged material means material that is excavated or dredged from surface waters.

  • Construction material means an article, material, or supply brought to the construction site by the Contractor or a subcontractor for incorporation into the building or work. The term also includes an item brought to the site preassembled from articles, materials, or supplies. However, emergency life safety systems, such as emergency lighting, fire alarm, and audio evacuation systems, that are discrete systems incorporated into a public building or work and that are produced as complete systems, are evaluated as a single and distinct construction material regardless of when or how the individual parts or components of those systems are delivered to the construction site. Materials purchased directly by the Government are supplies, not construction material.

  • Received Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are received by the Contractor or a Subcontractor from the Province or any other person;

  • Explosive material means any chemical compound, mixture, or device which produces a substantial instantaneous release of gas and heat spontaneously or by contact with sparks or flame.

  • Background Material means any pre-existing works in which the Intellectual Property Rights are owned by either Party, which have been prepared by that Party outside the scope of this Agreement or which were licensed from a third party by that Party.”

  • Plant and materials means: The Plant and materials in respect of which an advance payment prior to manufacture is required, which the City of Cape Town has agreed may be subject to advance payment, such Plant and materials being listed in the Schedule of Plant and materials.

  • Waste Materials means any Contamination-causing solid, semi-solid, or liquid material discarded, buried, or otherwise present on the Property, and may include sludge, slag, or solid waste materials such as empty containers and demolition debris or materials containing asbestos, lead-based paint, or petroleum or other contaminants.

  • Output Material means any Documents or other materials, and any data or other information provided by the Supplier relating to the Specified Service;

  • Byproduct material means any radioactive material (except Special Nuclear Material) yielded in, or made radioactive by, exposure to the radiation incident to the process of producing or utilizing Special Nuclear Material.

  • Plant Material means the leaves, stems, buds, and flowers of the marijuana plant, and does not include seedlings, seeds, clones, stalks, or roots of the plant or the weight of any non-marijuana ingredients combined with marijuana.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.
