Dedicated Resources definition

Dedicated Resources. (05/28/08 Version) means those Specified Resources and Unspecified Resource Amounts that «Customer Name» obligates itself to provide or is required by statute to provide under this Agreement for use to serve its Total Retail Load.
Dedicated Resources has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3.1(b)(ii) of Schedule 5;
Dedicated Resources are ICE Clear personnel (nominated by ICE Clear) who devote more than fifty per cent. (50%) of their time to the provision of the ICE Clear Services or LIFFE Services, as applicable, including senior management personnel who are suitably qualified with suitable experience and capabilities approved by the Joint Operations Committee and are individually responsible for managing key aspects of the ICE Clear Services or LIFFE Services, as applicable.

Examples of Dedicated Resources in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any agreements that ACS may have with its employees, ACS shall not take or fail to take any actions that would interfere with or prevent Symetra, its Affiliates and/or the Replacement Provider from hiring any or all of such Substantially Dedicated Resources.

  • ACS shall as soon as reasonably possible following its issuance or receipt of a Termination Notice, but in no event later than ten (10) Business Days thereafter, provide to Symetra a complete and accurate list of all Substantially Dedicated Resources who were involved in providing the Services during the six (6) month period preceding ACS’ issuance or receipt of such Termination Notice.

  • Such migration will be performed by the Dedicated Resources so that Yahoo! can prioritize this work, relative to other work, as Yahoo! determines.

  • Additional projects may also be completed in such timeframe, depending upon their scope and the capacity of the balance of the Dedicated Resources (i.e., the Dedicated Resources not otherwise fully occupied by the projects described in the previous sentence).

  • It is hereby agreed that one or more additional persons may be engaged to act as Dedicated Resources pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

Dedicated Resources means [*] US full time Microsoft employees (or, if reasonable under the circumstances and consistent with what Microsoft would do for its own development projects, their cash equivalent in other human resources, such as contractors, vendors, or non-US FTEs, with such equivalency disclosed to and approved in advance by Yahoo!) dedicated solely to working on Yahoo!-defined projects relating to the Services (including the provision of the Web Crawl Cache), Additional Services and Other Platform Services and such other personnel that may be added as provided in Section 2.4.11(a).
Dedicated Resources means any resources and expenses utilized or incurred by Worldspan in connection with providing services only for the Delta Service Users and not for any other Person, as reasonably and in good faith determined by Worldspan.

For electric cooperatives subject to the regulations of the Rural Electrification Administration, this definition must be interpreted in a manner consistent with any integrated resource planning process prescribed by Rural Electrification Administration regulations.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Critical infrastructure means existing and proposed systems and assets, whether physical or virtual, the incapacity or destruction of which would negatively affect security, economic security, public health or safety, or any combination of those matters.++

  • Dedicated means equipment and personnel com- mitted to oil spill response, containment, and cleanup that are not used for any other activity that would make it difficult or impossible for that equipment and personnel to provide oil spill response services in the time frames specified in this chapter.

  • Information Resources means any and all computer printouts, online display devices, mass storage media, and all computer-related activities involving any device capable of receiving email, browsing Web sites, or otherwise capable of receiving, storing, managing, or transmitting Data including, but not limited to, mainframes, servers, Network Infrastructure, personal computers, notebook computers, hand-held computers, personal digital assistant (PDA), pagers, distributed processing systems, network attached and computer controlled medical and laboratory equipment (i.e. embedded technology), telecommunication resources, network environments, telephones, fax machines, printers and service bureaus. Additionally, it is the procedures, equipment, facilities, software, and Data that are designed, built, operated, and maintained to create, collect, record, process, store, retrieve, display, and transmit information.

  • Project Water means water made available for delivery to the contractors by project conservation facilities and the transportation facilities included in the System.

  • Project Leader has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Environmentally-Limited Resource means a resource which has a limit on its run hours imposed by a federal, state, or other governmental agency that will significantly limit its availability, on either a temporary or long-term basis. This includes a resource that is limited by a governmental authority to operating only during declared PJM capacity emergencies.

  • Dedicated FX Traffic means those calls routed by means of a physical, dedicated circuit delivering dial tone or otherwise serving an End User’s station from a serving Central Office (also known as End Office) located outside of that station’s mandatory local calling area. Dedicated FX Service permits the End User physically located in one exchange to be assigned telephone numbers resident in the serving Central (or End) Office in another “foreign” exchange, thereby creating a local presence in that “foreign” exchange.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Pupil Generated Content The term “pupil-generated content” means materials or content created by a pupil during and for the purpose of education including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of pupil content.

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Interconnected Reliability Operating Limit or “IROL” shall mean the value (such as MW, MVAR, Amperes, Frequency, or Volts) derived from, or a subset of, the System Operating Limits, which if exceeded, could expose a widespread area of the bulk electrical system to instability, uncontrolled separation(s) or cascading outages.

  • water services means water supply services and sanitation services;

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Project Services means architectural, engineering services, land surveying, construction management at-risk services, ancillary technical services or other construction-related services determined by the board to be required by the project.
