Dedicated Resources are ICE Clear personnel (nominated by ICE Clear) who devote more than fifty per cent. (50%) of their time to the provision of the ICE Clear Services or LIFFE Services, as applicable, including senior management personnel who are suitably qualified with suitable experience and capabilities approved by the Joint Operations Committee and are individually responsible for managing key aspects of the ICE Clear Services or LIFFE Services, as applicable.

Dedicated Resources. (05/28/08 Version) means those Specified Resources and Unspecified Resource Amounts that «Customer Name» obligates itself to provide or is required by statute to provide under this Agreement for use to serve its Total Retail Load.

Examples of Dedicated Resources in a sentence

  • On a planning basis «Customer Name» shall serve that portion of its Total Retail Load that is not served with Firm Requirements Power with the Dedicated Resources listed in Exhibit A.

  • If BPA provides «Customer Name» a notice of insufficiency and reduces its purchase obligation, in accordance with section 23.2, then «Customer Name» may add Dedicated Resources to replace amounts of Firm Requirements Power BPA will not be providing due to insufficiency.

  • In addition, «Customer Name» shall provide information BPA requests about Dedicated Resources for purposes of meeting BPA’s statutory obligations under section 7(b) of the Northwest Power Act.

  • NET REQUIREMENTS«Customer Name»’s Net Requirement equals its Total Retail Load minus «Customer Name»’s Dedicated Resources determined pursuant to section 3.3 of the body of this Agreement and listed in sections 2, 3, and 4 of this exhibit.

  • By June 30 of each Rate Case Year, «Customer Name» shall provide BPA an aggregated hourly schedule, in whole megawatt amounts consistent with section 3.7.3 and in the format described in section 3.7.2, for its Dedicated Resources with amounts in each hour, calculated pursuant to section 3.7.1, for each year of the upcoming Rate Period (“Submitted Schedule”).

  • If «Customer Name» acquires an Annexed Load, in addition to any resources assigned by the other utility to serve the Annexed Load, «Customer Name» may add Dedicated Resources to Exhibit A, subject to sections 3.5.6.1 and 3.5.6.2 below, to serve amounts of such Annexed Load that are Eligible Annexed Load.

  • If «Customer Name» makes no election by a Notice Deadline in section 9.1.1 for the corresponding Purchase Period «Customer Name» shall be deemed to have purchased Firm Requirements Power at Tier 2 Short-Term Rates to serve Above-RHWM Load under Alternative A in section 2.4.1 of Exhibit C with zero Dedicated Resource amounts listed in the table in section 2.4.1.1(2) of Exhibit C, except for any existing obligation to apply Dedicated Resources that extends into the Purchase Period or beyond.

  • Landed Resources means when the Contractor or its Sub-contractor causes foreign nationals to be brought to the United Kingdom, to provide the Services.

  • Integrated resource plan means a plan which contains the demand and energy forecast for at least a fifteen-year period, contains the supplier's or producer's program for meeting the requirements shown in its forecast in an economic and reliable manner, including both demand-side and supply-side options, with a brief description and summary cost-benefit analysis, if available, of each option which was considered, including those not selected, sets forth the supplier's or producer's assumptions and conclusions with respect to the effect of the plan on the cost and reliability of energy service, and describes the external environmental and economic consequences of the plan to the extent practicable. For electrical utilities subject to the jurisdiction of the South Carolina Public Service Commission, this definition must be interpreted in a manner consistent with the integrated resource planning requirements pursuant to Section 58‑37‑40 and any process adopted by the commission. For electric cooperatives subject to the regulations of the Rural Electrification AdministrationUtilities Service, this definition must be interpreted in a manner consistent with any integrated resource planning process prescribed by Rural Electrification Administration Utilities Service regulations.

  • Dedicated Transport means CenturyLink transmission facilities between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink, or between Wire Centers or switches owned by CenturyLink and switches owned by CLEC, including, but not limited to, DS1, DS3, and OCn-capacity level services, as well as Dark Fiber, dedicated to a particular End User Customer or carrier.

  • Student-Generated Content means materials or content created by a student in the services including, but not limited to, essays, research reports, portfolios, creative writing, music or other audio files, photographs, videos, and account information that enables ongoing ownership of student content.

  • Critical Energy Infrastructure Information means all information, whether furnished before or after the mutual execution of this Agreement, whether oral, written or recorded/electronic, and regardless of the manner in which it is furnished, that is marked “CEII” or “Critical Energy Infrastructure Information” or which under all of the circumstances should be treated as such in accordance with the definition of CEII in 18 C.F.R. § 388.13(c)(1). The Receiving Party shall maintain all CEII in a secure place. The Receiving Party shall treat CEII received under this agreement in accordance with its own procedures for protecting CEII and shall not disclose CEII to anyone except its Authorized Representatives.
