Dedicated Production has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1(b).

Dedicated Production means, all Gas, now or hereinafter, owned, controlled or produced by Shipper from Dedicated Wxxxx and/or Wxxxx within the Dedicated Area, with the exception of Gas required for: (1) operations on the lease; (2) pressure maintenance; and (3) to fulfill obligations to Shipper’s Lessor.

Dedicated Production means (a) Product owned by Producer or an Affiliate of Producer and produced from a Well within the Dedication Area that is operated by Producer or an Affiliate under the Control of Producer, (b) Reserved, (c) Product produced within the Dedication Area that is owned by a Third Party and under the Control of Producer, and (d) Purchased Dedicated Production. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) any Product that was released pursuant to the Releases of Dedication shall not be included in this definition of “Dedicated Production,” (ii) any Product that is permanently released pursuant to Section 2.4(a) or otherwise shall cease to be included in this definition of “Dedicated Production” immediately upon the effectiveness of such permanent release, and (iii) in the event of an assignment by a Producer (“X”) to an assignee (“Y”) that is permitted under Article 16, any Product that is so assigned shall cease to be included in X’s Dedicated Production and shall solely be included in Y’s Dedicated Production as of the effective date of such assignment.

Examples of Dedicated Production in a sentence

The quantities of Dedicated Production delivered at a Delivery Point will be Thermally Equivalent to the quantities of Dedicated Production received in accordance with the terms of this Agreement at a Receipt Point, less Shipper’s share of Fuel and Lost Gas, and any applicable reduction pursuant to Section 3.3.4 of this Agreement.
Xxxxxxxx has the right to commingle the Dedicated Production received in the Systems with other shippers’ Gas.
AS SHIPPER Quality Specifications of this Agreement, risk of loss of Dedicated Production shall be borne by Xxxxxxxx from the Receipt Points until such time as the Dedicated Production is delivered to the Delivery Points and Gatherer shall defend, release, indemnify, and hold harmless Shipper Indemnitees from any loss of or damage to the Dedicated Production during such time, excepting Fuel and Lost Gas, REGARDLESS OF FAULT.
Xxxxxxxx may, in addition to and without waiving any other rights hereunder, immediately suspend its services hereunder in the event that it reasonably believes either (i) that there is a title dispute, or (ii) that any Dedicated Production is being produced or delivered in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Title to the Dedicated Production shall at all times remain with Shipper or Purchaser, as applicable.

More Definitions of Dedicated Production

Dedicated Production has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

Dedicated Production means (a) Product owned by Producer and produced from the Dedicated Properties, (b) Product owned by an Affiliate of Producer and produced from a Well operated by Producer within the Dedication Area, (c) Product produced within the Dedication Area that is owned by a Third Party and under the Control of Producer, and (d) Purchased Dedicated Production. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (i) any Product that is temporarily released pursuant to the Releases of Dedication shall not be included in this definition of “Dedicated Production”, (ii) any Product that is permanently released pursuant to Section 2.4(a) or otherwise shall cease to be included in this definition of “Dedicated Production” immediately upon the effectiveness of such permanent release, and (iii) in the event of an assignment by a Producer (“X”) to an assignee (“Y”) that is permitted under Article 16, any Product that is so assigned shall cease to be included in X’s “Dedicated Production” and, except when assigned to Y free and clear of the Dedications as provided Third Amended and Restated Gas Gathering Agreement in Section 16.2, shall solely be included in Y’s “Dedicated Production” as of the effective date of such assignment.

Dedicated Production means, collectively, the Joint Dedicated Production and the Sole Dedicated Production.

Dedicated Production has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1(b). TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).

Dedicated Production means, collectively, the Priority One Dedicated Production and the Priority Two Dedicated Production.

Dedicated Production has the meaning given to it in Section 2.1.

Dedicated Production means, collectively, the Dedicated Gas and the Dedicated Liquid Condensate.
