Dedicated Area definition

Dedicated Area has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1(a)(i).

Dedicated Area will have the meaning contained in the Commercial Contract.

Dedicated Area means the specific acreage that a Committed Shipper dedicates to the System in its TSA.

Examples of Dedicated Area in a sentence

• The Monthly Volume can be made up of both Crude Petroleum from the Dedicated Area as well as up to 75,000 barrels per day of additional Crude Petroleum that is not from the Dedicated Area.

• Producer shall cause any conveyance by it of all or any of the Interests within the Dedicated Area to be made expressly subject to the terms of this Agreement.

• BROG and BRTI mutually represent and warrant that the only Prior Contractual Commitment which exists with regard to Production Interests owned or controlled by them as of the date of execution of this Agreement within the Dedicated Area described in Exhibit B hereto is the dedication to Cantera Resources, Inc.

• Shipper shall cause any successor or assign of such Interests in the Dedicated Area to agree that it takes such Interests in the Dedicated Area subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and that it will cause any subsequent purchasers or assignees to do the same.

• Producer may form, dissolve, and/or participate in pooling agreements or units encompassing all or any portions of the Dedicated Area, as determined by Producer in its sole discretion.

More Definitions of Dedicated Area

Dedicated Area means all lands within the area described in Exhibit B.

Dedicated Area means the geographic area(s) shown on the map(s) in Exhibit 1.8.

Dedicated Area means and refer to all street rights-of-way, easements and other real property or facilities serving the Property which are dedicated to the public, an MSBU, the County or any municipality either by written instrument recorded among the Public Records of the County or on any Plat of the Property, subject to the dedication set forth in said instrument or on said Plat.

Dedicated Area means the lands described and depicted by plat on Exhibit “A-1”, strictly limited to the formations between the surface of such lands and the base of the Eagle Ford Formation underlying such lands and shall include the Lease(s) and Well(s) within the Dedicated Area.

Dedicated Area means all the lands included or enclosed in the bold outlined area depicted in Exhibit “A.” With respect to Tarrant County, Texas, the “Dedicated Area” shall only apply to those Contractually Dedicated Area Interests that are located entirely within Xxxxxxxx X-000 of the Xxxxx Xxx Survey.

Dedicated Area has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1(a)(i). TERMS IN THIS EXHIBIT HAVE BEEN REDACTED BECAUSE CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR THOSE TERMS HAS BEEN REQUESTED. THE REDACTED MATERIAL HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, AND THE TERMS HAVE BEEN MARKED AT THE APPROPRIATE PLACE WITH TWO ASTERISKS (**).
