Decree of 9 August 2013 definition

Decree of 9 August 2013 means the Decree adopted by the Ministry of Economic Development on 9 August 2013, setting the date of take-off of the MT-GAS, as of which these Rules shall fully supersede the Gas Market Rules, approved by the Ministry of Economic Development on 26 November 2010, as subsequently amended and supplemented;

  • Low dose-rate remote afterloader means a brachytherapy device that remotely delivers a dose rate of less than or equal to 200 rads (2 gray) per hour at the point or surface where the dose is prescribed.

  • Swap LIBOR With respect to any Distribution Date (and the related Accrual Period) the product of (i) the Floating Rate Option (as defined in the Swap Agreement for the related Swap Payment Date), (ii) two and (iii) the quotient of (a) the actual number of days in the Accrual Period for the Lower Tier REMIC Interests divided by (b) 30.

  • High dose-rate remote afterloader means a brachytherapy device that remotely delivers a dose rate in excess of 1200 rads (12 gray) per hour at the point or surface where the dose is prescribed.

  • Regulation S Temporary Global Note means a temporary Global Note in the form of Exhibit A hereto, bearing the Global Note Legend, the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Note Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Notes initially sold in reliance on Rule 903.

  • Regulation S Temporary Global Security with respect to any series of Securities, means one or more temporary Global Securities, bearing the Private Placement Legend and the Regulation S Temporary Global Security Legend, issued in an aggregate amount of denominations equal in total to the outstanding principal amount of the Securities of such series initially sold, if required by Rule 903 of Regulation S.

  • asylum seeker means a person who is not under 18 and has made a claim for asylum which has been recorded by the Secretary of State but which has not been determined;

  • NI 51-102 means National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations;

  • Multi-factor Authentication means controlling access to computers and other IT resources by requiring two or more pieces of evidence that the user is who they claim to be. These pieces of evidence consist of something the user knows, such as a password or PIN; something the user has such as a key card, smart card, or physical token; and something the user is, a biometric identifier such as a fingerprint, facial scan, or retinal scan. “PIN” means a personal identification number, a series of numbers which act as a password for a device. Since PINs are typically only four to six characters, PINs are usually used in conjunction with another factor of authentication, such as a fingerprint.

  • Street rod means a motor vehicle, other than a motorcycle, that:

  • NI 81-102 means National Instrument 81-102 – Investment Funds.

  • NP 46-201 means National Policy 46-201 – Escrow for Initial Public Offerings.

  • Open burning means the combustion of any material without the following characteristics:

  • indenture security holder means a Noteholder.

  • Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date means, with respect to a Reference Entity in respect of which Potential Repudiation/Moratorium is stated to be applicable, if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date (determined by reference to Greenwich Mean Time (or, if the relevant Standard is Japan or Japan Sovereign, Tokyo time)), (i) if the Obligations to which such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium relates include Bonds, the date that is the later of (A) the date that is 60 days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium and (B) the first payment date under any such Bond after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium (or, if later, the expiration date of any applicable Grace Period in respect of such payment date) and (ii) if the Obligations to which such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium relates do not include Bonds, the date that is 60 days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium; provided that, in either case, the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date shall occur no later than the Credit Observation End Date unless the Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Condition is satisfied.

  • Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date means, if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs on or prior to the Credit Observation End Date (i) if the Obligations to which such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium relates include Bonds, the date that is the later of (A) the date that is sixty days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium and (B) the first payment date under any such Bond after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium (or, if later, the expiration date of any applicable Grace Period in respect of such payment date) and (ii) if the Obligations to which such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium relates do not include Bonds, the date that is sixty days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium; provided that, in either case, the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date shall occur no later than the Credit Observation End Date unless the Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Condition is satisfied.

  • other indenture securities means securities upon which the Company is an obligor outstanding under any other indenture (i) under which the Trustee is also trustee, (ii) which contains provisions substantially similar to the provisions of this Section, and (iii) under which a default exists at the time of the apportionment of the funds and property held in such special account.

  • Average annual rainfall means a typical calendar year of precipitation as determined by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources for users of models such as WinSLAMM, P8 or equivalent methodology. The average annual rainfall is chosen from a department publication for the location closest to the municipality.

  • obligor on the indenture securities means the Company. All other terms used in this Indenture that are defined by the TIA, defined in the TIA by reference to another statute or defined by SEC rule have the meanings therein assigned to them.

  • NI 54-101 means National Instrument 54-101 – Communication with Beneficial Owners of Securities of a Reporting Issuer;

  • NP 11-202 means National Policy 11-202 – Process for Prospectus Reviews in Multiple Jurisdictions;

  • Temporary beer event permit means a permit issued in accordance with Chapter 9, Part 4, Temporary Beer Event Permit.

  • NI 51-101 means National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities;

  • Daily Simple RFR means, for any day (an “RFR Rate Day”), a rate per annum equal to, for any Obligation, interest, fees, commissions or other amounts denominated in, or calculated with respect to, (a) Pounds Sterling, the greater of (i) XXXXX for the day (such day “i”) that is five RFR Business Days prior to (A) if such RFR Rate Day is an RFR Business Day, such RFR Rate Day or (B) if such RFR Rate Day is not an RFR Business Day, the RFR Business Day immediately preceding such RFR Rate Day, in each case, as such XXXXX is published by the XXXXX Administrator on the XXXXX Administrator’s Website, and (ii) the Floor, and (b) Japanese Yen, the greater of (i) TONAR for the day (such day “i”) that is five RFR Business Days prior to (A) if such RFR Rate Day is an RFR Business Day, such RFR Rate Day or (B) if such RFR Rate Day is not an RFR Business Day, the RFR Business Day immediately preceding such RFR Rate Day, in each case, as such TONAR is published by the TONAR Administrator on the TONAR Administrator’s Website, and (ii) the Floor. If by 5:00 pm (local time for the applicable RFR) on the second (2nd) RFR Business Day immediately following any day “i”, the RFR in respect of such day “i” has not been published on the applicable RFR Administrator’s Website and a Benchmark Replacement Date with respect to the applicable Daily Simple RFR has not occurred, then the RFR for such day “i” will be the RFR as published in respect of the first preceding RFR Business Day for which such RFR was published on the RFR Administrator’s Website; provided that any RFR determined pursuant to this sentence shall be utilized for purposes of calculation of Daily Simple RFR for no more than three (3) consecutive RFR Rate Days. Any change in Daily Simple RFR due to a change in the applicable RFR shall be effective from and including the effective date of such change in the RFR without notice to the Borrowers.

  • Issuer’s Website means the website having the following internet address: www.leverageshares.com or such other internet address as may be used by the Issuer and notified to ETP Securityholders and the Trustee in accordance with Condition 17.
