Decorations. All booths should be decorated in a mariachi/cultural theme. • Arrival: Vendors that do not arrive by the scheduled time will be considered “No Shows” and in the interest of the event, their booth space will be re-assigned. No refunds for “No Shows” or “Cancellations”. o Applications will not be accepted the day of the event. • Other needs: Arrangements for additional set-up time must be conveyed prior to event day to the Festival Garibaldi Chair.
Decorations means items which contain flammable and combustible materials and materials which readily undergo thermal degradation, yielding flammable and combustible gasses or vapors or irritating and toxic smoke, and which are used for decorative purposes such as curtains, drapes, upholstery coverings, streamers, banners, coverings over interior finish, and other items identified as subject to this article.
Decorations. All decorations must be free standing. We require that renters not conduct any activity that will injure or deface the Museum in any manner. Please do not drag tables when setting up, ask staff if you need help picking them up and moving to another spot.

Decorations. All decorations and outside rentals and/or equipment must be removed by 9:00 a.m. the following day unless other arrangements have been made. ? Children: Children are not permitted to be anywhere on the VENUE unless supervised by an adult.

If chewing Gum is found in the floor, carpet, on the walls or in the Urinals the CLIENT(S) will be billed an additional $200.  Be kind and leave the property as you found it. In addition any cleaning that our staff must do, will be billed at $20 an hour.  Alcohol may not be served to minors. At any time, if the staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guest from the premises. ABSOLUTELY NO UNDER-AGE DRINKING  All music must end by 1:30 am to comply with state law.  Children are not permitted to wander the grounds unsupervised by an adult.  All electrical outlets on the property are available for use by the wedding parties and their vendors. The parties are welcome to inspect the locations and numbers of outlets prior to booking.  Lodge fixtures, decorations, awards, emblems or other Lodge property will not be removed or rearranged for any reason.
Decorations. If decorations are contemplated for any program, the Building Manager must be notified of the nature of the decorations and written permission obtained. Nothing may be affixed to any walls or ceilings. The use of nails, screws, and/or tape is prohibited for hanging decoration. The use of glitter is prohibited. Under no circumstances will any group be allowed to make any structural or electrical alterations to the building.
Decorations. No decorations, signs, pictures, posters, notices or advertisements shall be inscribed, painted, taped or affixed by any type fasteners to the walls, doors, or ceiling of the Facility. Decorations may ONLY be attached to the sound boards in the room using push pins or thumb tacks. Decorations, decorating equipment and/or other paraphernalia must be removed immediately following the event. Use of dry ice/fog machines or portable stages is prohibited. Any evidence of violations to this rule following any event may result in forfeiture of the Security Deposit.
Decorations defined shall include all such materials as curtains, draperies, streamers, surface covering applied over the building interior for decorative, acoustical or other effects. Decorations shall include but not be limited to: Vegetation, xxxxxxx, cotton batting, plastic cloth, textiles, excelsior, or other non-combustible materials. Permission for use of “decorations” shall be received from Auditorium Recreation Superintendent. All such decorations shall be removed by the organization upon conclusion of the event. NO TACKS, STAPLES, OR TAPE, AT ANY TIME. Masking tape shall not be applied to terrazzo floors or to any surface in the Auditorium. Proposed alternatives to masking tape must be discussed with and approved by the Auditorium Superintendent.
