Decommissioning Period definition

Decommissioning Period mean the period of ninety (90) days after the changeover date;
Decommissioning Period means the period commencing with the notification by Connecticut Yankee to the NRC of a decision of the board of directors of Connecticut Yankee to cease permanently the operation of the Unit for the purpose of producing electric energy and ending with the date when Connecticut Yankee has completed the decommissioning of the Unit and the restoration of the site and has been relieved of all its obligations under the last of any licenses issued to it by the NRC.

  • The fee shall be divided into three periods, namely the Initial Period, the Production Period, and the Decommissioning Period.

More Definitions of Decommissioning Period

Decommissioning Period is defined in Section 4(a)(iii). “Default” is defined in Section 17(a).
