Declaring Party definition

Declaring Party means the Party experiencing an event of Force Majeure.
Declaring Party has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2.2.

  • The Notice shall specify the nature and cause of the Dispute and the action that the Declaring Party deems necessary to resolve the Dispute.

  • If, because of Force Majeure, a Party hereto is unable to carry out any of its obligations hereunder (the “Declaring Party”), then the obligations of the Declaring Party shall be suspended to the extent made necessary by and during such Force Majeure’s continuance.
