Declared Grade definition

Declared Grade means the particular grade(s) of Coal mined from any seam or section of a seam in the Seller’s collieries from which Coal is produced and supplied under this Agreement, as declared by CIL or the Seller.

Declared Grade means the particular Grade(s) (GCV of coal for cost plus sources) under different categories of Coal mined from any seam or section of a seam in the Seller’s collieries from which Coal is produced and supplied during the Supply Period, as declared by CIL or the Seller.

Declared Grade means grade of the Coal to be allocated under this Agreement, as declared by CIL.

Examples of Declared Grade in a sentence

• If the Grade analysed pursuant to Clause 5.6 shows variation from the Declared Grade, consistently over a period of three (3) Months, the Purchaser shall request the Seller for re- declaration of Grade, which shall be duly considered by the Seller.

• If the Grade analysed pursuant to Clause 5.6 shows variation from the Declared Grade, consistently over a period of three (3) Months, the Purchaser shall request the Seller for re- declaration of Grade, which shall be duly considered by the Seller for applying to Coal Controller for approval of re-gradation.

• Royalty, cess, sales tax etc., shall however be paid as per the Declared Grade.

• Declared Grade of coal is G11 stripping ratio 1:5.26 m3/t, while gradient is 1 in 10 to 1 in 18.

• The Seller shall raise and the Purchaser shall pay the bills for Coal supplies on Declared Grade basis in accordance with Clause 10.3 above.

• Declared Grade of coal is G9 stripping ratio 1:9.47 m3/t, while gradient is 1 in 7.4 to 1 in 18.

• The Purchaser shall be liable to make payment to the Seller in terms of this Agreement on the basis of Declared Grade.

• In case of slippage of the weighted average grade of the coal delivered in a month from the Declared Grade, SCCL shall reimburse royalty and ED on the basis of the grade of coal actually delivered and not the Declared Grade.

• The MDO shall produce coal as per the Declared Grade of the mine as per the Mining Plan.

• The sampling and testing of the delivered coal would be done on a daily basis to ascertain that the quality of coal delivered to SCCL is as per the Declared Grade of the mine.
