Declaration means this Amended and Restated Declaration of Trust, as amended from time to time. Reference in this Declaration of Trust to "Declaration," "hereof," "herein" and "hereunder" shall be deemed to refer to this Declaration rather than the article or section in which such words appear.
Engineer-in-charge means the officer nominated by the company in the Civil Engineering cadreI discipline who is competent to direct supervisors and authorised to be in charge of the works for the purpose of this contract. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge who is of an appropriate seniority, will be responsible for supervising and administering the contract, certifying payments due to the contractor, valuing variations to the contract, awarding extension of time and valuing compensation events. The Engineer in Charge IDesignated Officer in Charge may further appoint his representatives i.e. another personIProject Manager or any other competent person and notify to the contractor who is directly responsible for supervising the work being executed at the site, on his behalf under their Delegation of Powers of the company. However, overall responsibility, as far as the contract is concerned ,will be that of the Engineer in ChargeIDesignated Officer in Charge.
Declaration of loss means a statement, made in a record under penalty of perjury, to the effect that all of the following apply:

Customs declaration means the act whereby a person indicates in the prescribed form and manner a wish to place goods under a given customs procedure.
Condominium Declaration means the Declaration of Condominium for NetApp RTP Phase I Condominium recorded in Book 012647, Page 01310, Wake County, North Carolina Registry.
Relevant Declaration means the declaration relevant to the Shareholder as set out in Schedule 2B of the Taxes Act.
Halifax Abuse Principle means the principle explained in the CJEU Case C-255/02 Halifax and others;
Master Declaration means a written instrument, however named, (i) recorded on or after June 1, 1994, and (ii) complying with section 515B.2-121, subsection (e).
Member in Charge means the entity specified in the SC to act on their behalf in exercising all the Service Provider' rights and obligations towards the Procuring Entity under this Contract;
Supplemental Declaration means any Declaration amending or supplementing this Declaration, which is adopted in accordance with Section 8.
Declarations means all pages labeled declarations, supplemental declarations, or schedule that pertain to this policy.
Government record or "record" means any paper, written or

Government agreement has the meaning given in the Government Agreements Xxx 0000 (WA);
Bid Declaration Form means a declaration by the Bidders in form as specified inAnnexure III of this E-Auction Process Information Document;
Declaration of Trust means this Agreement and Declaration of Trust, as amended or restated from time to time;
Hardship declaration means the following statement, or a substan-
statutory declaration means a declaration made in writing according to the requirements of the Oaths Act 2001 (Tas). It is an offence under section 113 of the Criminal Code, as contained in Schedule 1 of the Criminal Code Act 1924 (Tas), to make a false statement in a Statutory Declaration.
Compliance Declaration means a compliance declaration substantially in the form set out in Schedule F;
Governmental contract means a contract awarded by a govern- mental entity for general construction, an improvement, a service, or a public works project or for a purchase of supplies, materials, or equipment. The term includes a contract to obtain professional ser- vices subject to Government Code 2254. Gov’t Code 2252.151(3)
Articles of Agreement means the Articles of Agreement of the Bank.
Government Instrumentality means any department, division or sub- division of the Government or the State Government and includes any commission, board, authority, agency or municipal and other local authority or statutory body including panchayat under the control of the Government or the State Government, as the case may be, and having jurisdiction over all or any part of the Project Highway or the performance of all or any of the services or obligations of the Contractor under or pursuant to this Agreement;
