Declaration of Acceleration definition

Declaration of Acceleration means a declaration given in accordance with the provisions of the Indenture that all principal of and interest on the Bonds are due and payable immediately.
Declaration of Acceleration means a declaration of acceleration with respect to all affected Series under Subsection 6.2(1) or the related Series Supplement.
Declaration of Acceleration means the declaration by the Trustee that payment of the principal of and interest on all Outstanding Bonds is accelerated and is due and payable pursuant to the Indenture.
