Declaration Letter definition

Declaration Letter means the letter signed by the Lead Member on behalf of the Applicant in the form as set out in Appendix E (Application Form 2);
Declaration Letter means a written notice from an Authorized Person of the Trust declaring a dividend payment.
Declaration Letter means the overview letter delivered by Minerva Bunkering with a Certificate of Retirement containing the Carbon Neutral Fuel Declaration.

  • Disbursement Instruction Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B to be executed and delivered by the Borrower pursuant to Section 6.1.(a), as the same may be amended, restated or modified from time to time with the prior written approval of the Administrative Agent.

  • SWS wage assessment agreement means the document in the form required by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations that records the employee’s productive capacity and agreed wage rate

  • Accession Letter means a document substantially in the form set out in Schedule 6 (Form of Accession Letter).

  • Amending Agreement means the Agreement of which a copy is set out in the Third Schedule to the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Xxx 0000 (which Agreement was approved by the Iron Ore (Hamersley Range) Agreement Act Amendment Act 1968);
