Deceased Spouse definition

Deceased Spouse has the meaning set forth in Section 9.1(c);
Deceased Spouse has the meaning assigned to it in Section 12(a).
Deceased Spouse means the first of us to die. The termSurviving Spouse” means the one of us who survives the other. If we die under circumstances where it cannot be established whether or not one of us survived the other, then it shall be conclusively presumed that each of us survived the other for purposes of administering our respective shares of the trust estate, and we direct that this Trust Agreement be so construed.

  • On the death of the Deceased Spouse, the entire trust fund shall continue in trust for the benefit of the Surviving Spouse, without exception, and with the full power of revocation.

  • Military spouse means a person who is married to a military service member.

  • Annuitant means a person who receives a retirement allowance or a disability allowance;

  • Income beneficiary means a person to whom net income of a trust is or may be payable.

  • Refund beneficiary means an individual nominated by a qualified participant or a former qualified participant under section 66 to receive a distribution of the participant's accumulated balance in the manner prescribed in section 67.

  • Community spouse means a spouse of an institutionalized spouse for the purposes of rules 441—75.5(249A), 441—75.16(249A), and 441—76.10(249A).

  • Contingent Beneficiary is the person that becomes the Beneficiary if the named Beneficiary dies prior to the Income Date.

  • Pre-Retirement Survivor Benefit means the benefit set forth in Article 6.

  • Alternate Payee means any spouse, former spouse, child, or other dependent of a Participant who is recognized by a qualified domestic relations order as having a right to receive all, or a portion of, the benefits payable under a Plan with respect to such Participant.

  • Beneficiary(ies means the beneficiary(ies) designated by the Participant who are entitled to receive any distributions from the Plan payable upon the death of the Participant.

  • Legal representative means a person who in law represents the estate of a deceased person, and includes any person who intermeddles with the estate of the deceased, and, where a party acts in a representative character, the person on whom the estate devolves on the death of the party so acting;

  • Retired Participant means a person who has been a Participant, but who has become entitled to retirement benefits under the Plan.

  • Disabled Participant with respect to a loan if it has no right to exercise any voting or other control rights with respect to such loan (other than the right to approve amendments to the material economic terms of such loan).
