Debt Service Payment Date definition

Debt Service Payment Date means, as to the Bond, any Principal Payment Date or Interest Payment Date and any date on which the Bond is to be redeemed, in whole or in part, and includes any special Debt Service Payment Date established as provided in the Bond Resolution.
Debt Service Payment Date means each date on which principal and/or interest on the Bonds is to be paid, including but not limited to a Regular Payment Date and dates on which Bonds are redeemed or purchased in lieu of redemption.
Debt Service Payment Date means the 11th day of each calendar month or ------------------------- the next Business Day immediately thereafter.

More Definitions of Debt Service Payment Date

Debt Service Payment Date means any date on which any Principal Installment of or interest on any Bond Outstanding thereunder is payable in accordance with the terms of such Bond.
