Debt Instrument definition

Debt Instrument means any loan, bond, debenture, promissory note or other instrument evidencing indebtedness (demand or otherwise) for borrowed money or other liability;
Debt Instrument. The note or other evidence of indebtedness evidencing the indebtedness of an Obligor under a Home Loan.
