Debt Financing Source Related Party definition

Debt Financing Source Related Party means any Debt Financing Source, together with their respective Affiliates and their and their respective Affiliates’ former, current and future officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and their respective successors and assigns.
Debt Financing Source Related Party means any Debt Financing Source or any former, current or future Affiliate of any Debt Financing Source or any former, current or future director, officer, employee, agent, advisor, general or limited partner, manager, member, stockholder or Affiliate, successor or assignee of any of the foregoing.

  • In furtherance and not in limitation of the foregoing waiver, the Company (on behalf of itself) hereby acknowledges and agrees that no Debt Financing Source Related Party shall have any liability for any claims or damages to the Company in connection with this Agreement, the Debt Commitment Letter, any Debt Financing or the transactions contemplated hereby or thereby.

  • Debt Financing Sources means (A) the banks and other entities that have committed to provide or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with debt Financing or any alternative debt financing in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby, including the lead arranger or arranger or any of the parties to the debt Financing Commitments and any joinder agreements or credit agreements relating thereto and any Affiliate of the foregoing and (B) any officers, directors or representatives of the foregoing.

  • Parent Related Parties means, collectively, Parent, Merger Sub, the Guarantor or any of their respective former, current or future general or limited partners, stockholders, financing sources, managers, members, Representatives or Affiliates.
