Debt Document definition

Debt Document has the meaning given to that term in the Intercreditor Agreement.
Debt Document or any other agreement or instrument is (other than a reference to a “Debt Document” or any other agreement or instrument in “original form”) a reference to that Debt Document, or other agreement or instrument, as amended, novated, supplemented, extended or restated as permitted by this Agreement;

  • In the event of any conflict between the provisions of this Agreement and the provisions of any Debt Document, the provisions of this Agreement shall govern.

  • If, at any time, any provision of a Debt Document is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under any law of any jurisdiction, neither the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions nor the legality, validity or enforceability of that provision under the law of any other jurisdiction will in any way be affected or impaired.

  • In connection with the raising of any Debt Document into a Spanish Public Document, Atento Teleservicios España S.A.U. shall act as the agent of each Debtor and is hereby authorised on behalf of each Debtor to enter into, enforce the rights of each Debtor under and represent each Debtor in respect of the granting of a Spanish Public Document.

  • The rights and remedies provided in each Debt Document are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.

Debt Document means any indentures or agreements under which the Company has issued debt securities or has outstanding Indebtedness, including, without limitation, the Credit Agreement and Indenture.
Debt Document means each of this Agreement, the Senior Priority Debt Documents, any Second Priority Debt Documents, the Senior Subordinated Priority Debt Documents, the Senior Priority Collateral Documents, any Second Priority Collateral Documents, the Senior Subordinated Priority Collateral Documents and any Intra-Group Document.
