Debit Transaction definition

Debit Transaction means any payment made or any amount charged for any goods, services and/or other benefits by, through or from the use of the Card in signature or by use of the PIN or in any other manner, regardless whether a sales draft or other voucher or form is signed by you and whether authorisation has been sought from us;

Debit Transaction means a Transaction where payment is made by debiting funds in an account which is authorised for access by the Cardholder’s Nominated Card.

• The decision to pay Xxxxx Transactions, or to return them unpaid, is made on the day that the Debit Transaction is presented to us.
