Debenture Shares definition

Debenture Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Debentures.

Debenture Shares means the Common Shares issuable upon the due conversion of Debentures;

Debenture Shares means the shares of Common Stock underlying the Debentures or shares issued upon conversion of the Debentures.

More Definitions of Debenture Shares

Debenture Shares shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Debentures.
