Dealer Fees definition

Dealer Fees means with respect to any Purchase Period for any Percentage Interest, the rate set forth in a fee letter executed among the Seller, the Agent and the Purchaser.
Dealer Fees means any fees payable by the Issuer to the Placement Agent (or successor thereto) pursuant to any Dealer Fee Letter.

  • As disclosed in the Offering Circular, clients of the Adviser may purchase Bonds in the Offering net of all or a portion of selling commissions and/or Managing Broker-Dealer Broker Dealer Fees.

More Definitions of Dealer Fees

Dealer Fees means, with respect to a Solar Loan, certain fees paid by the Originator to the Dealer. “Debarment Regulations” means all of the following:
Dealer Fees means a fee, payable in arrears on each Carrying Cost ----------- Payment Date to the Agent for the account of the Securitization Lender, equal to the product of (i) the average daily amount of outstanding Advances with respect to which the Applicable Interest Rate is the CP Rate and (ii) the per annum rate of 0.05%.
Dealer Fees means the fees described in paragraph 6 of the Fee and Yield Letter.
Dealer Fees means a commercial paper dealer fee, payable to each Conduit Lender, of not greater than 5 basis points per annum on the amount of CP issued to fund Note Purchases by such Conduit Lender.

  • Other Fees means amounts owed by the Borrower hereunder pursuant to Sections 2.09, 2.10, 2.11, 2.12, 8.01 and 10.10.

  • Broker Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(b)(v).

  • Transaction Fees means fees paid or payable by the Service Recipients, which are on market terms, with respect to financial advisory services ordinarily carried out by investment banks in the context of mergers and acquisitions transactions;

  • Provider fee means the consideration paid for a service contract.

  • Broker-Dealer Agreement means this Agreement and any substantially similar agreement between the Auction Agent and a Broker-Dealer.

  • Underwriting Fee has the meaning given to it in the eighth paragraph of this Agreement;

  • Liquidation Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.
