De-listing Event definition

De-listing Event means the situation where (i) the shares in the Issuer are not listed and admitted to trading on a Regulated Market or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on the relevant Regulated Market is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days.
De-listing Event means a situation where (a) the Issuer’s shares are not listed and admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm or any other Regulated Market; or (b) trading of the Issuer’s shares on the aforementioned stock exchanges is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days.
De-listing Event means an event or series of events whereby the shares of the Issuer ceases to be listed on a Regulated Market or any multilateral trading facility (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).

  • The Depositary may initiate termination of this Deposit Agreement if (i) at any time 90 days shall have expired after the Depositary delivered to the Company a written resignation notice and a successor depositary has not been appointed and accepted its appointment as provided in Section 5.4, (ii) an Insolvency Event or Delisting Event occurs with respect to the Company or (iii) a Termination Option Event has occurred or will occur.

More Definitions of De-listing Event

De-listing Event means the occurrence of an event whereby:
De-listing Event means an Index Component for any reason ceases to be listed or is suspended from listing on the Relevant Exchange (and such cessation or suspension is continuing and such Index Component is not subsequently listed or quoted on another stock exchange or quotation system which is regulated and/or supervised by an official financial and/or governmental authority) on the same Trading Day;
De-listing Event means, following a successful Equity Listing Event, the occurrence of an event whereby (i) the shares in the Issuer cease to be listed and admitted to trading on the relevant Regulated Market, or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on the relevant Regulated Market is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days.
De-listing Event means the situation where (i) the shares in the Issuer are not listed and admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm or another Regulated Market or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on the relevant Regulated Market is suspended for a period of fifteen(15) consecutive Business Days (when Nasdaq Stockholm or the relevant Regulated Market (as applicable) is at the same time open for trading).
De-listing Event means the occurrence of an event whereby (i) the shares in the Issuer are not listed and admitted to trading on NASDAQ First North (or any other MTF or Regulated Market) or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on the relevant market is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days or more.
De-listing Event means a situation where (i) the Issuer’s ordinary shares are no longer listed and admitted to trading on First North Stockholm, any other recognised unregulated market place or any Regulated Market, (ii) trading of the Issuer’s listed ordinary shares on the aforementioned stock exchanges is suspended for a period of fifteen (15) consecutive Business Days, or (iii) once the Bonds are admitted to trading on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm or any other Regulated Market that the Bonds are no longer listed thereon (however, taking into account the rules and regulations (as amended from time to time) of Nasdaq Stockholm or any other Regulated Market, as applicable, and the CSD preventing trading in the Bonds in close connection to the redemption of the Bonds).
De-listing Event means the occurrence of an event or series of events whereby (i) the shares in the Issuer are not listed and admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm or any other Regulated Market or (ii) trading in the shares in the Issuer on Nasdaq Stockholm (or any other Regulated Market) is suspended for a period of 15 consecutive Business Days.
