De-energise definition

De-energise means the operation of any isolator, circuit breaker, or switch or the removal of any fuse or link so that no electricity can flow through a Point of Connection on the Network;
De-energise means the process of removing a fuse or link or the opening of a switch to prevent further transportation of electricity to or from an ICP;

De-energise means the movement of any switch or the removal of any fuse or the taking of any other step (including such steps that are taken without requiring physical access to the relevant Exit Point) which has the effect of no electrical current being able to flow between the Distribution System and an Exit Point, and the expressions “De-energised” and “De- energisation”, shall be construed accordingly.
De-energise means the movement of any isolator, breaker or switch whereby no active power or reactive power can be transferred to or from the Facility through the Customer's Plant and Apparatus, and “De-Energised” and “De- Energising” shall be construed accordingly;
De-energise means to disconnect from the Transmission System utilising circuit switches etc to isolate the Plant and/or Apparatus, and “De-energised” and “De-energising” shall be construed accordingly;
De-energise means to stop the flow of electricity from a meter; “default system marginal price” has the meaning set out in the Uniform Network Code;
De-energise means to stop the flow of electricity from a meter.
De-energise means: (a) in respect of Section 2A, 2C 2D 2E or 2F, deliberately to prevent the flow of electricity until Re-energised or Disconnected: (i) 7Bin the case of an Exit Point, from the Distribution System through the relevant Exit Point (or, in the case of an Unmetered Supply, any one or more of the relevant Exit Points) to; and/or (ii) 8Bin the case of an Entry Point, via the Distribution System through the relevant Entry Point (or, in the case of an Unmetered Supply, any one or more of the relevant Entry Points) from,a Connected Installation, for any purpose other than a System Outage on the Company’s Distribution System (and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly); and (b) in respect of Section 2B, deliberately to prevent the flow of electricity through a Connection Point for any purpose other than a System Outage on the Company’s Distribution System until Re- energised or Disconnected (and cognate expressions shall be construed accordingly).
