Examples of DDP in a sentence
All orders will be shipped directly to the University at the location specified by the Agreement, on an F.O.B. Destination or DDP Destination (Incoterms 2010) freight prepaid and allowed basis with all transportation, unloading, uncrating, drayage, or other associated delivery and handling charges paid by the Contractor.
DDP - Delivery Duty Paid, referring to DDP Incoterms 2010, where Seller is responsible for arranging carriage and delivering the goods at the named place, cleared for import and all applicable taxes and duties paid (e.g. VAT, GST).
The equipments are purchased according to latest INCOTERM: DDP agreed delivery warehouse in [Burj el Baajneh, Ein El Helwe, Shatila and Burj EL Shamali] district.
Unless otherwise specified, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterms 2010 shall apply.
