DBRS Short Term Rating definition

DBRS Short Term Rating means a short-term credit rating determined in accordance with the provisions set forth on Schedule E.

  • Short-Term Rating has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

  • Federal short-term rate means the rate of the average market yield on outstanding marketable obligations of the United States with remaining periods to maturity of three years or less, as determined under section 1274 of the Internal Revenue Code, for July of the current year.

  • Long-Term Rating means, for any entity (a) in the case of Moody’s, the long-term senior unsecured debt rating of such entity and (b) in the case of S&P, the long-term issuer credit rating of such entity.

  • Short Term Loan means a loan transfer for a period of no fewer than 28 days in any one season.

  • High Quality Short-Term Debt Instrument means any instrument having a maturity at issuance of less than 366 days and which is rated in one of the highest two rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Agency (Moody’s and S&P).

  • Short-Term Payout means the payout set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, (i) if such entity has a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3” and a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s of “Prime-2”, or (ii) if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A3”.

  • Short-Term Indebtedness means Utility Indebtedness having an original maturity less than or equal to one year from the date of original incurrence thereof, and not renewable or extendible at the option of the obligor thereon for a term greater than one year beyond the date of original issuance.

  • S&P Approved Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P of “A-1”, or, if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from S&P, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from S&P of “A+”.

  • Moody’s Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Moody's and xxxx xx effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsexxxxx xong-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower's senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Gross vehicle weight rating means the weight specified by the manufacturer as the loaded weight of a single vehicle.

  • Required Ratings Threshold means each of the S&P Required Ratings Threshold and the Moody’s Second Trigger Ratings Threshold.

  • Xxxxx’x Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by Xxxxx’x and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.

  • Applicable Rating means the rating assigned to each Class of the Series 2012-VF3 Notes by S&P, as the Note Rating Agency, upon the issuance of such Class as set forth below:

  • Moody’s First Trigger Ratings Threshold means, with respect to Party A, the guarantor under an Eligible Guarantee or an Eligible Replacement, (i) if such entity has a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A2” and a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating from Moody’s of “Prime-1”, or (ii) if such entity does not have a short-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s, a long-term unsecured and unsubordinated debt rating or counterparty rating from Moody’s of “A1”.

  • Initial Rating With respect to the Secured Notes, the rating or ratings, if any, indicated in Section 2.3.

  • Short-Term Investments means short-term investments as defined by GAAP.

  • Short-term rental means the provision of a room or space that is suitable or intended for occupancy for dwelling, sleeping, or lodging purposes, for a period of fewer than 30 consecutive days, in exchange for a charge for the occupancy.
