Day 60 definition

Day 60 has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.2(D);
Day 60 means, in the context of a Takeover Offer, the sixtieth day after the publication of the initial Offer Document;
Day 60 means 12 December 2020 (or any later time and/or date as the Panel may determine). The following further terms apply, unless the context requires otherwise, to the Offer.

  • Day 60 Outcome - An individual that has met the Day 60 Outcome definition that has continued until day 60 with no break in employment greater than 15 days.

  • By no later than the end of the sixty (60) day period (Day 60 of PG&E supplying power), PG&E must be in receipt of a Direct Access Service Request (DASR) from the customer’s new ESP to switch the service account to DA service.
