Date of this Lease definition

Date of this Lease means the date on which the last one of the Landlord and Tenant has signed this Lease.
Date of this Lease or "date of this Lease" shall mean the date of acceptance of this Lease by the Landlord, following execution and delivery thereof to Landlord by Tenant and that date shall be inserted in the space provided in the Preamble.
Date of this Lease. The "date of this lease" shall be the date upon which this lease has been fully executed by both parties.

  • After the Expiration Date of this Lease Contract, this Lease Contract shall not be deemed to have been renewed or extended in accordance with applicable law.

  • If Resident fails to surrender the Premises by the Expiration Date of this Lease Contract, and if Resident and Owner have not executed a New Lease Contract with a term commencing after the Expiration Date of this Lease Contract, all fees and consequences as defined herein will be incurred due to such holdover.

  • Owner and Resident affirm that, at the Starting Date of this Lease, the Premises contains a sufficient quantity of properly installed smoke detectors located in proper areas throughout the Premises in compliance with Section 92.251-.257 of the Texas Property Code.
