  • This sum shall be paid in a lump sum, single payment within fifteen (15) business days following the Effective Date of the Agreement, in accordance with the Company’s regular payroll practices.

  • The term of the license granted in this Agreement is a fixed period of occupancy beginning on the Commencement Date and ending on the Termination Date of the Agreement as set forth in Section 2, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
