Examples of Date of Separation in a sentence
If the Executive’s employment is terminated due to Disability, the Executive will receive the Executive’s Base Salary through the Date of Separation from Service, and the Executive’s benefits will be determined in accordance with the Company’s disability, retirement, survivor’s benefits, insurance and other applicable plans and programs then in effect.
The Employment Period shall expire on the Date of Separation from Service.
In the event of a Separation from Service by the Corporation for Cause, all options, vested and unvested, shall terminate and be of no further force and effect as of Date of Separation from Service and neither any period of notice nor any payment in lieu thereof upon Separation from Service hereunder shall be considered as extending the period of employment for the purposes of vesting of options notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any other agreement between the Corporation and the Executive.
On or before the Date of Separation from Service, the Executive shall forthwith deliver to the Company all such Confidential Information, including without limitation all lists of customers, correspondence, accounts, records and any other documents or property made or held by the Executive or under the Executive’s control in relation to the business or affairs of the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates, and no copy of any such Confidential Information shall be retained by the Executive.
In the event of a Separation from Service other than by the Corporation for Cause, the Executive shall have the right to exercise any options which are vested as at the Date of Separation from Service for ninety (90) days following such date at which time such unexercised options will expire.
