Date of Possession definition

Date of Possession means the date on which the Allottee is handed over possession of the said Apartment;
Date of Possession shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 5.2 of this Deed;
Date of Possession means the date on which the Purchaser was handed over possession of the said Apartment;

Examples of Date of Possession in a sentence

  • The Allottee shall (1) pay the Rates & Taxes (proportionately for the Building and wholly for the Said Apartment, from the Date Of Possession and until the Said Apartment is separately assessed in the name of the Allottee), on the basis of the bills to be raised by the Promoter or the Association (upon formation), such bills being conclusive proof of the liability of the Allottee in respect thereof and (2) have mutation completed at the earliest.

Date of Possession means the date on which the Allottee takes actual physical possession of the said Apartment after discharging all liabilities and obligations or expiry of date of possession notice;
