Date of First Appointment definition

Date of First Appointment means the date on which a person was first appointed as a Representative.
Date of First Appointment of each auditor means the date on which the auditor was appointed for the first time (in absolute terms) to the Board of Statutory Auditors of the issuer.

Date of First Appointment means the date on which the em- ployee assumes the duties of his first post in University service.
