Date of Exercise definition

Date of Exercise means the date on which the Holder shall have delivered to the Company: (i) the Exercise Notice (with the Warrant Exercise Log attached to it), appropriately completed and duly signed and (ii) if such Holder is not utilizing the cashless exercise provisions set forth in this Warrant, payment of the Exercise Price for the number of Warrant Shares so indicated by the Holder to be purchased.
Date of Exercise means the date on which the Company shall have received (i) this Warrant (or any New Warrant, as applicable), with the Form of Election to Purchase attached hereto (or attached to such New Warrant) appropriately completed and duly signed, and (ii) payment of the Exercise Price for the number of Warrant Shares so indicated by the holder hereof to be purchased.
Date of Exercise of any Warrant means the date on which the Company shall have received (i) this Warrant, with the Form of Election to Purchase attached hereto appropriately completed and duly endorsed, and (ii) payment of the Aggregate Exercise Price as provided herein.

Date of Exercise means the date on which the Company receives notice of the exercise of an Option or SAR in accordance with the terms of Section 8.
