The Defendant shall ensure that this amount shall be paid to the Charging Party within twenty (20) days after the Date of entry of this Agreement.
Date of this Agreement means the date first written above.
Term of this Agreement means the term of the current collective agreement between the Board and the Association;
Date of Entry means the date this Consent Decree is approved or signed by the United States District Court Judge.

Term Of This Policy means the period from and including the Date of Issuance to and including the date on which (i) the Certificate Principal Balance of all of the Certificates is zero, (ii) any period during which any payment on the Certificates could have been avoided in whole or in part as a preference payment under applicable bankruptcy, insolvency, receivership or similar law has expired, and (iii) if any proceedings requisite to avoidance as a preference payment have been commenced prior to the occurrence of (i) and (ii), a final and nonappealable order in resolution of each such proceeding has been entered.
Date of Execution means the date on the cover page as of which the Parties have executed this Settlement Agreement.
Letter of Intent means the intimation by a letter / email / fax to the bidder that the tender has been accepted in accordance with provision contained in that letter. The responsibility of the contractor commences from the date of issue of this letter and all the terms and conditions of contract are applicable from this date.
