Commencing six months from the Date of Entry, and continuing every year thereafter, ALCOSAN shall submit an annual progress report to EPA, PADEP, and ACHD.
Within 180 days after the Date of Entry, ALCOSAN shall submit a “Sewage Treatment Plant Operating Plan” to be used before, during, and after Wet Weather Flow events.
Beginning 180 days after the Date of Entry, ALCOSAN shall operate the Sewage Treatment Plant influent pumps to increase pumping rates, up to the maximum available treatment capacity of the Sewage Treatment Plant, in response to increases in wet-well elevation.
