Date of Effectiveness definition

Date of Effectiveness means the date the Securities and Exchange Commission declares the Registration Statement to be effective. The Date of Effectiveness shall be conclusively determined by the delivery to the Trustee of a written legal opinion of counsel as contemplated by Section 5.05 hereof.
Date of Effectiveness has the meaning given in Article 12.03.

Date of Effectiveness shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.10.
