Date of dispatch definition

Date of dispatch means the date on which the Products leave Xxxxx’x warehouse regardless whether dispatched by Xxxxx or collected by the Purchaser;

Date of dispatch means the day the Product is released by medac’s Affiliates for the pickup by UroGen.

Date of dispatch means the time at which Distributor shall deliver products sold hereunder to a carrier for delivery to Dealer or its designee, in accordance with Dealer's instructions.

Examples of Date of dispatch in a sentence

• Date of receipt / Date of dispatch / Date of LR / Date of Airway bill / Date of pre-shipment inspection call with relevant documents as stated above, whichever is applicable as mentioned in PO shall be considered for determination of actual delivery date for the purpose of penalty calculation.

• Date of dispatch of consignments from the loading point and the date of reporting of vehicle at the unloading point will be excluded from the transit time.
