Date of Discontinuance definition
Date of Discontinuance means the date on which the Policy is converted to a Discontinued Life Policy at the expiry of the Grace Period in a Policy where the due Regular Premium has not been paid. The details are as given in Section 7 below.

This amendment shall be effective with regard to Participants with a Date of Discontinuance of Employment on or after March 2, 2006, but will not apply to any Participant whose Separation Agreement became final prior to January 1, 2006.
The resulting amount shall be paid within seven (7) days following the Date of Discontinuance except as the Company may be permitted to defer payment under applicable law.

More Definitions of Date of Discontinuance
Date of Discontinuance means the date on which the Company receives the intimation from you about the Discontinuance of the policy or Complete Withdrawal (surrender) of the policy or expiry of grace period, whichever is earlier.
