Date of Completion definition

Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

Date of Completion means the date on which all work under an award is completed or the date on the award document, or any supplement or amendment thereto, on which Federal sponsorship ends.

Date of Completion means the date when the Agreement expires pursuant to its terms or is terminated in accordance with paragraph .

• On the Date of Completion of a Project, the balance in the related Series Acquisition and Construction Account not reserved for the payment of any remaining part of the Cost of the Project shall be transferred by the Escrow Agent to the credit of the Series Redemption Account, and used for the purposes set forth for such Account in the Supplemental Indenture relating to such Series of Bonds.

• On the Date of Completion, the balance in the Series Acquisition and Construction Account not reserved by the Issuer for the payment of any remaining part of the Cost of acquiring or constructing the Project shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of Section 404 hereof.

• On the Date of Completion, the balance in the Series Acquisition and Construction Account not reserved by the Issuer for the payment of any remaining part of the Cost of acquiring or constructing the Project shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of Section 404 hereof.Section 504.

• The taking of possession of the Demised Premises by Tenant shall be deemed conclusively to be acknowledgment by Tenant that construction has been completed in accordance with Plans and Specifications (except for latent defects and "punch list" items) whether or not a Certificate of Occupancy has been obtained, and that the Lease Term has begun as of the Date of Completion.

More Definitions of Date of Completion

Date of Completion means the date determined by the Principal’s Representative (acting reasonably) as the date upon which Completion was reached and evidenced in the Completion Certificate.
