Date of Commercial Operation definition

Date of Commercial Operation or “COD” means
Date of Commercial Operation means the date on which the (nuclear or non-nuclear) power plant has successfully passed all performance and operational tests required by the end customer for commercial operation. In all other cases the warranty shall apply for twenty-four (24) months from delivery of the goods or performance of the services, or such longer period of time as customarily provided by Supplier, plus delays such as those due to non-conforming goods and services. The warranties shall apply to Buyer, its successors, assigns and the users of goods and services covered by this Order.
Date of Commercial Operation means the day upon which Commercial Operation is first achieved pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof.

Date of Commercial Operation or ‘COD’ means the date declared by the Transmission Licensee from 0000 hour of which an element of the transmission system is in regular service after successful charging and trial operation:
Date of Commercial Operation means the first day of the first full calendar month upon which commercial operation is achieved following completion of all Interconnection Agreement requirements and processes.
