Date of Bid definition

Date of Bid means the date and time on which bids are due to be deposited in terms of the advertisement calling for bids.

Examples of Date of Bid in a sentence

  • Bids shall remain valid for the period stipulated in the Bidding Data Sheet after the Date of Bid Opening specified in Clause IB.23.

  • If the Bidder is unable to submit EMD in original by Due Date and Time of Bid Submission, the Bidder is required to upload a scanned copy of the EMD in Part-I of Bid, provided the original EMD, copy of which has been uploaded, is received within 7 days from the Due Date of Bid Opening, failing which the Bid will be rejected irrespective of their status/ranking in tendering process and notwithstanding the fact that a copy of EMD was earlier uploaded by the Bidder.

  • Any bid for which bid security is not received before due Date of Bid Closing will be rejected.

  • Bids shall remain valid for the period stipulated in the Bidding Data after the Date of Bid Opening specified in Clause IB.23.

  • Should it transpire that the Cost to Bidder was not based on the latest available price list at the Date of Bid, the Province shall have the right to elect the price list on which any variation shall be based.

  • If any of the said rates of contribution shall be increased or decreased by any Act, Statute, Decree, Regulation and the like after the said Date of Bid Pricing, or if any new statutory contribution becomes payable after that date then the net amount of increase or decrease of the emoluments and expenses shall, as the case may be, be paid to or allowed by the Contractor.

  • The rates contained in the priced Bills of Quantities are based upon the market prices of the materials and goods specified in the Schedule of Basic Materials attached hereto and current at the Date of Bid Pricing (hereinafter referred to as “the basic prices” and the Contractor shall state in the said schedule the basic prices of such materials and goods.

  • If the market price of any materials or goods specified as aforesaid shall be increased or decreased after the said Date of Bid Pricing, then the net amount of difference between the basic price and the market price payable by the Contractor and current when any such goods and materials are bought shall, as the case may be, be paid to or allowed by the Contractor.

  • Bids shall remain valid for the period stipulated in the Bidding Data after the Date of Bid Opening specified in Clause IB.27.

  • The scheduled bid opening date shall be entered in the space marked Date of Bid.

Related to Date of Bid

  • Expected date of birth means the day certified by a medical practitioner to be the day on which the medical practitioner expects the employee or the employee's partner, as the case may be, to give birth to a child;

  • BC Bid means the BC Bid website located at www.bcbid.ca;

  • Date of Contract means the date on which notification of award of contract/letter of award/telex award has been issued.

  • Buy Bid means a bid to buy Capacity Resources in any Incremental Auction.

  • Notification Date means 30 days from an Account statement date (see section 6.3).

  • Date of Acceptance means the date, which appears on the Notice of Acceptance and if no date appears is the date on which the Principal sent the Notice of Acceptance accepting the Contractor’s Tender.

  • Auction Date means the first Business Day preceding the first day of a Dividend Period.

  • Date of valuation means the date determined by a municipality in terms of Section 31(1);

  • Nomination Date means the twentieth (20th) day of the month preceding the Operating Month.

  • Best Bid means the highest posted bid price of the Common Stock.

  • Election Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.12(h).

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Accepted Contract Amount means the amount accepted in the Letter of Acceptance for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects.

  • Base Bid means a Bid for Public Works to be performed or Supplies or Services to be furnished under a City Contract, including additives, alternates, deductives, excluding force accounts, and taxes collected separately pursuant to Washington Administrative Code (“WAC”) 458-20-171.

  • Submitted Bid has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(d)(i) below.

  • Designated Bidder means (a) an Eligible Assignee or (b) a special purpose corporation that is engaged in making, purchasing or otherwise investing in commercial loans in the ordinary course of its business and that issues (or the parent of which issues) commercial paper rated at least "Prime-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by Xxxxx'x or "A-1" (or the then equivalent grade) by S&P that, in the case of either clause (a) or (b), (i) is organized under the laws of the United States or any State thereof, (ii) shall have become a party hereto pursuant to Section 8.07(d), (e) and (f) and (iii) is not otherwise a Lender.

  • Bid Valuation Date means May 10, 2010.

  • Return Bid has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Dutch Auction”.

  • Election Deadline shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.3.

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.

  • Highest Bidder means the Bidder, who quotes the highest License Fees

  • Auction Period means the dates during which the Test the Waters Auction is held and ending on the last day of the Test the Waters Auction.

  • Invitation for Bid means and include the present document, and such other complements and agenda, which may subsequently be issued in this connection.

  • Lowest Evaluated Bid means a bid for goods, works and services having the lowest evaluated cost among the substantially responsive bids

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Invitation for Bid (IFB means the solicitation document issued to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
